Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the following terms:
Eligibility for Returns

Unopened Products: We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with EU distance selling lawsadministracion.gob.es. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Opened Products: Once a product’s seal or packaging has been opened, it cannot be returned or refunded, except if the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, food and beverage products (such as our matcha and coffee) are non-returnable once openedadministracion.gob.es.

Defective/Damaged Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will replace or refund these items at no additional cost to you. Opened products that are defective or incorrect on delivery are eligible for return or exchange under this policy.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for an unopened product, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer support at support@oneight.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will confirm your return request and provide further instructions.

Receive Return Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address (Calle Portugal 3, Pozuelo de Alarcón, 28224, Spain, unless otherwise specified). We will also provide a return shipping label for your convenience.

Prepare the Package: Pack the product securely in its original packaging (include all manuals or freebies that came with it). Write your RMA number on the outside of the package. Affix the provided return label to the package.

Ship the Package: Drop off the return package at the designated carrier or schedule a pickup as instructed. Note: The cost of return shipping (a flat €4.99 fee) will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item on our part.

Confirmation: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirmation regarding your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-defective products. A flat fee of €4.99 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping. (According to EU rules, the consumer must bear return shipping costs if the store has clearly informed them of this obligationadministracion.gob.es.) If the return is due to a mistake on our end (defective product or wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost and you will not be charged the €4.99 fee.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Key points regarding refunds:

Full Product Refund: If the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the product.

Original Shipping Refund: If you are returning your entire order under the 14-day return policy, we will also refund any original shipping charges you paid at purchase, in compliance with EU consumer law (the refund will include any standard delivery costs)administracion.gob.es. (If you chose an expedited shipping method, only the equivalent standard shipping cost will be refunded as per legal guidelines.)

Deductions: The €4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (unless the return was due to our error or a defective item, in which case no deduction applies). We will clearly communicate the refund amount in our confirmation email.

Refund Timeline: We aim to process refunds within 5 business days after receiving the return. Once processed, the refund may take a few additional days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider. In any case, refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from our receipt of your cancellation/return request, as required by lawadministracion.gob.es.

Notification: You will receive an email notification when your returned item is received and again when your refund has been processed. If any return does not meet the conditions of this policy (e.g. the product is opened or not in original condition), we will notify you that the return was refused and no refund will be issued, and we can return the item back to you at your expense.
