A healthy, delicious, and energizing cake — perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a guilt-free dessert!


✨ Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 cup honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • 4 Oneight product packets (choose between Matcha or Coffee with Echinacea)

  • 85% dark chocolate chunks (optional, for topping)


🥣 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Blend together the bananas, eggs, oats, baking soda, honey (if using), and the contents of the 4 Oneight packets until you achieve a smooth, even batter.

  3. Prepare a baking mold by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.

  4. Pour the batter into the mold and gently sprinkle dark chocolate chunks on top (optional but highly recommended!).

  5. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  6. Cool down the cake at room temperature before slicing.

  7. Serve and enjoy! Perfect with a cup of your favorite Oneight Matcha or Coffee with Echinacea.
